About the Role
Are you ready to embark on a culinary adventure? As a Chef at Butlin’s, you’ll blend your passion for food with the joy of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests every day!
In your role as a Chef de Partie, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of chefs to serve a diverse array of dishes across our buffet venues. You’ll work closely with a Junior Kitchen Manager and lead small teams of commis chefs, ensuring that every plate is a masterpiece.
You will take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, guaranteeing the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes. Your commitment to following set recipe specifications and brand standards, along with compliance with our Food Safety Management System, will be key to our success.
About You
We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced and exciting environment!
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Leadership: You should have leadership experience and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to keep our buffet venue running smoothly during busy periods.
* Qualifications: A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is desirable.
