Role

We're seeking a creative, ambitious and results driven
Marketer
to help raise brand awareness and generate high-quality leads through targeted campaign activity, webinars and events, content, search and AI visibility, social media, and ad campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about inbound lead generation, driving traffic, and turning traffic into tangible business growth.

Independent content and campaign creation is a critical aspect, and the successful candidate will be able to create and manage the production of compelling multi-channel marketing collateral that cuts through to our target audience.

We're looking for a 'completer-finisher': an individual with very strong creative instincts, excellent project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

The role will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Content calendar
* Manage an impactful content calendar including blogs, newsletters, and webinars, ensuring content is being created, added to the website, and promoted
* Collaborate with team members to ensure content is created, reviewed and published within timelines
* Project manage external and internal suppliers to deliver any multimedia content required
* Communicate the content across the business for promotion across company LinkedIn profiles where applicable
* Promote content to drive engagement and generate leads
* Support with expanding content creation to case studies, videos and other formats as required

* Lead Generation & Nurturing
* Lead generation campaign creation, working with the Marketing Manager to ensure that the strategy, content and timescales are agreed and communicated with relevant team members. Monitor and track campaign progress, analysing what's working and ensuring we meet lead generation targets
* Co-ordinate bi-monthly webinars, including attendee generation from emails, LinkedIn, paid ads and other sources

and post-event follow-up
- Run the database nurture strategy, working closely with the Marketing manager and Marketing Operations manager to identify and create lead nurture workflows to continue to nurture prospects in our Insightly database beyond the initial campaign

* Digital Advertising
* Create and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms where suitable, optimising spend for ROI
* Implement remarketing campaigns as requested
* Monitor performance, A/B test creatives, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, with a focus on lead generation

* Social, Brand Awareness & Engagement
* Manage social media channels with a focus on community building and engagement. Currently LinkedIn is the main social channel being utilised by the business
* Identify and deliver opportunities for PR mentions, guest posts, influencer partnerships, and collaborations
* Use LinkedIn automation (Dux-Soup) for specific campaign objectives e.g. generating webinar attendees, lead follow-up/nurture
* Engage and post on Reddit, Quora and other platforms that feed into AI generated content

* Analytics & Reporting
* Track KPIs (traffic, MQLs, CPL, conversion rates) where directed and report to the marketing team.

Take on additional marketing functions to support inbound lead generation and hitting team targets as requested.

Experience

* 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content marketing, campaigns and digital advertising
* Excellent communicator, both internally and externally
* Strong writing and storytelling skills with a knack for producing engaging, content for professional services sectors
* Hands-on experience with marketing tools
* Experience of paid media platforms - Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* Creative ideas person, proactive with suggestions and improvements to current processes/activities
* Agile and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Eager-to-learn attitude as we are happy to train on some tools and elements where skills are lacking

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with marketing automation workflows
* Specific experience of Insightly, GA4, Dux-Soup
* An understanding of SEO and interest in AIO
