Service Coordinator - Helpdesk Kent - Bromley We have an exciting opportunity within our service department, which plays a vital role in managing all printer repairs and installations. This role has arisen due to an internal change and offers the chance to be at the heart of operations. About the Role As a Service Coordinator, you'll work closely with engineers, suppliers, and the sales team. While an engineering background is helpful, it's not essential - what matters most are strong organisation, communication, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Schedule engineers for repairs and break-fix jobs Log and manage job tickets Order spare parts and manage stock levels Claim call-out charges and parts from manufacturers Handle customer service calls and log them on the system Raise purchase orders with suppliers Coordinate with engineers on upcoming visits Liaise with the sales team and book installations What We're Looking For: Excellent organisational and coordination skills Strong communication abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment A proactive and collaborative approach If you enjoy being busy, organised, and central to a team's success, this could be a fantastic next step in your career.
