We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club, ensuring facilities are available, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
The Role
* Ensure the team adheres to the highest Health & Safety Standards, Brand Standards, and cleanliness expectations.
* Collaborate with the H&S Advisor and General Manager to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Proactively seek operational improvements to enhance cleanliness, standards, and safety.
* Supervise and schedule team activities, controlling staffing and payroll costs within budget.
* Support growth and development of team members, set clear objectives, monitor performance, and address underperformance.
* Fulfill duty shifts when required, managing staffing and facility issues during shifts.
Qualifications include experience in operations management or a related field.
