A leading Top 10 accounting firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join its established and expanding real estate team. This role provides the opportunity to provide a wide variety of organisations with the business and financial advice to transform clients’ real estate into greater assets.
The Role
As a Real Estate Tax Associate Director, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and gain exposure to some of the most high‑profile projects in the market. This includes multi‑jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure, with current deals ranging from £60m to £500m and recent transactions exceeding £1bn. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the tax function.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of real estate tax clients across a range of scales
* Lead from the front when it comes to dealing with clients, delivering work and engaging with the Real Estate and broader Tax teams
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building strong relationships
* Leading and contributing to advisory and tax planning projects
Candidate Requirements
* ACA and/or CTA qualified
* UK corporate tax experience, ideally within the Real Estate sector
* Proven experience managing client relationships and meeting deadlines
* Ideally international tax advice and due diligence services on cross-border transactions
* Ability to review work and support the growth of junior staff
* Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
