We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Director to lead key client relationships and oversee a diverse portfolio of digital projects and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor, planning ahead and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
* Lead and manage digital accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery, UX, strategy, marketing, and technical areas.
* Drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
* Manage stakeholder engagement and maintain strong senior-level relationships.
Qualifications
* 7+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
* Proven expertise in managing digital accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong knowledge of DXP/CMS websites, product development, and digital marketing.
* Track record of delivering client growth and retention.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial acumen.
