Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels. This role is responsible for delivering growth through data-led campaigns, CRM automation, and eCommerce optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Execution
o
Design and deliver digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, traffic, and customer retention across B2B and B2C audiences.
o
Run targeted digital campaigns focused on addressing consumer pain points and moving customers through the buying journey.

CRM & Marketing Automation
o
Lead the development of customer journeys using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to automate and personalize user engagement.
o
Create onboarding programs and training materials to support adoption of CRM tools internally and across global teams.

eCommerce & Website Optimization
o
Oversee and enhance the performance of both B2B and B2C eCommerce sites, including landing pages and product detail pages, to maximize conversion and user experience.

Retail & Partner Collaboration
o
Coordinate with major retail and distribution partners to align promotional activity both online and in physical retail environments.

Project & Agency Management
o
Manage external agencies and freelance partners to execute campaigns and large-scale projects efficiently and on time.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
o
Utilize tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor campaign success and report on key metrics to senior leadership, including international stakeholders.

Cross-Market Collaboration
o
Share insights and best practices with international markets and contribute to the global marketing strategy.
o
Act as a brand ambassador at both consumer-facing and professional events.

Training & Mentorship
o
Deliver internal training to upskill teams on digital marketing tools and practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Significant experience in digital marketing across both B2B and B2C environments.

Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), marketing automation, and performance analytics.

Strong background in managing eCommerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
*
Skilled in stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting.
*
Confident managing cross-functional teams, external partners, and global collaboration.
*
Highly analytical, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
