National Trainer Manager - Monday to Friday, between 07:30 & 17:00 - 40 hours a week

We are seeking a National Trainer Manager to oversee the daily activities of our training team. This role involves supervising trainers, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring the quality of training sessions meets organizational standards.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of trainers across the country, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Hold regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
* Conduct performance development reviews (PDRs) for trainers as per the company schedule.
* Hold regular one-on-one meetings with trainers.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs.
* Ensure all training sessions are conducted punctually and in accordance with the training calendar.
* Promote all training courses offered by Speedy, encouraging trainers to upsell where appropriate.
* Stay informed about legislation requirements and ensure trainer compliance.
* Minimize course cancellations and maintain regular communication with senior management regarding training matters.
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in lifting and materials handling.
* Desirable: NPORS or ITSSAR instructor accreditation.
* Relevant qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, ITTSAR instructor certifications, and knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, Health and Safety at Work Act, BS 7121 regulations.
* Ability to support your business unit or team in delivering our ESG Strategy — Decade to Deliver.
