A well-regarded and long-standing law firm in Skipton is seeking a skilled senior Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience who is looking to work alongside a respected Head of Department on a varied and high-quality caseload.
The Role:
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
* Title checks, searches, and drafting contracts
* Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
The role requires someone confident in managing a busy caseload independently, with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll play a key part in maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation for client service and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident managing transactions from start to finish
* Able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
* A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
