Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide tax planning and advisory services to individual clients.
Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries and resolving issues.
Monitor deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed promptly.
Identify opportunities to optimise tax efficiency for clients.
Assist with tax investigations and enquiries, offering technical guidance.
Support junior team members by providing training and mentorship.
Profile
A Successful Personal Tax Senior Should Have
Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and planning.
Experience managing a portfolio of individual tax clients.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A relevant professional qualification, such as ATT or CTA.
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications.
