Job Title: Internal Compliance Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for compliance-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Manage and maintain detailed records for fire door inspections, certifications, and client projects.
* Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and organising filing systems.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a focus on compliance accuracy.
* Use Bolster software to input and maintain relevant data for contracts
* Marking up floor plans based on inspections for works to take place
* Booking hotels for short stays using Travelodge, Premier Inn and AirBnB.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
* Familiarity with compliance processes or a willingness to learn industry-specific standards (experience in fire safety is a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and resolve issues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
