Cityworx are partnering with a leading specialist healthcare provider who is seeking an experienced New Business & Relationship Manager to drive commercial growth across its national services.
This is a strategic role focused on expanding partnerships with NHS commissioners, case managers and private clients to develop bespoke mental health and complex care packages.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting the continued growth of nurse-led and mental health services delivered within clients’ homes and supported living environments.
Working closely with senior leadership, finance and operational teams, you will lead business development initiatives across public sector, case management and private healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across NHS, local authority and private healthcare sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners, case managers and local authorities
* Lead commercial meetings and presentations with key stakeholders to increase revenue and client partnerships
* Support the development of bespoke care packages and clinical services for new clients
* Develop business proposals, cost schedules and contracts alongside finance and governance teams
* Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the healthcare sector
* Work collaboratively with commercial and marketing teams to support growth strategies
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and manage client relationships through Salesforce CRM
* Provide regular reporting on pipeline progress and commercial performance
* Represent the organisation professionally across industry events and partnership meetings
About the Organisation
The organisation provides nurse-led complex care and specialist mental health services, supporting individuals within their own homes and supported living settings. The service works closely with NHS commissioners, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), case managers and private clients to deliver tailored care packages based on individual needs.
Requirements
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record of success in healthcare or public sector business development.
Essential experience:
* Minimum 3 years’ commercial management or business development experience within the public sector
* Demonstrated success in growing commercial revenue or securing new contracts
* Strong understanding of NHS commissioning, case management and healthcare service delivery
* Experience developing financial costings and proposals for new services
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
