Key Responsibilities:
* Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or across different subjects
* Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to support progress and engagement
* Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource development
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
* Gain real-world experience in school operations and effective teaching practice
Who We’re Looking For:
* Graduates (or expected graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or above
* Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
* Passionate about education and improving outcomes for young people
* Strong interest in at least one of the subjects listed above
* Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
* Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
