* Provide clinical supervision and guidance, helping others develop and shine.
* Hold a small caseload, delivering trauma‑informed therapy and specialist interventions.
* Shape and deliver training that builds confidence, skill and understanding across our teams.
* Engage in reflective practice and contribute to continual service improvement.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 5+ years working with children and young people, ideally those who are looked‑after; strong grounding in trauma‑informed approaches.
* Skills: Excellent safeguarding knowledge, confident in risk assessment, and well‑versed in therapeutic frameworks; clear communicator and able to work flexibly.
* Qualifications: Masters-level therapy qualification and registration with BACP / UKCP / HCPC.
* Attributes: Empathic, resilient, reflective and committed to making a difference.
