We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about online retail.
Responsibilities
* Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
* Process customer orders, returns, and refunds promptly.
* Provide excellent customer support via email and phone.
* Assist with stock management and liaise with suppliers.
* Support digital marketing activities (social media, newsletters, promotions).
* Monitor website performance and report any issues.
* Help identify opportunities to improve online sales.
Skills & Requirements
* Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or admin (preferred but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with Shopify (a plus).
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn.
