Role Responsibilities
* Plan and lead audits from scoping to final review across a varied portfolio
* Review working papers, provide feedback, and guide junior colleagues
* Manage client communication, attending meetings and helping present solutions
* Help streamline internal audit processes and contribute to improving quality standards
* Support business development, tender submissions, and proposals
* Begin to build and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong audit experience within practice
* In-depth technical knowledge of UK GAAP, with IFRS experience being advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to manage audits and deliver excellent client service
* Comfortable providing guidance to more junior team members and reviewing their work
* Proactive, well-organised, and keen to contribute ideas and improvements
* Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and desire to lead
