Role Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits for a diverse range of clients
* Manage client relationships, acting as the primary contact and building long-term partnerships
* Develop tailored audit strategies and ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget
* Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, addressing complex accounting and financial issues
* Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior auditors, fostering their professional growth
* Drive efficiencies in audit processes while maintaining compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
* Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies
* Support business development activities, including identifying cross-selling opportunities and attending networking events

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/CA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a UK audit role
* Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards and regulations
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
* Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic insights and advice
