Qualifications

* 5–7yearsofexperienceinfashionretailorhospitality,includingmanagerialroleswithinmono-ormulti-brandenvironments,ideallyinluxuryorcontemporaryretail.
* Strongunderstandingofcurrentfashiontrendsandthecompetitivelandscape.
* Provenabilitytodrivebusinessperformance,achievingbothpersonalandteamsalesobjectives.
* Demonstratedexperienceinteamleadership,recruitment,anddevelopment,withstronginterpersonalandcoachingskills.
* Excellentclientserviceandrelationshipmanagementcapabilities,withastrongsenseofclientelingandcommunitybuilding.
* Highlevelofvisualmerchandisingknowledgeandsensitivitytobrandimageandpresentation.
