Your Impact


The Day-To-Day

* Fosterauthentic,attentive,andenduringrelationshipswithclientsbycollectingmeaningfulinsightsandproactivelyengaginginone-to-oneclientelingactivities,withaparticularfocusonVICclients.
* Drivebusinessperformancebyachievingindividualandteamsalestargets,maximizingopportunitiesthroughcross-selling,andimplementingstrategiestoincreasestoretrafficandprofitability.
* EnsurethehighestlevelofclientexperiencebysupervisingthesalesprocessandguaranteeingthattheStoneIslandClientPromiseisconsistentlyunderstood,embodied,andexecuted.
* Maintainstrongawarenessofthelocalmarket,competitors,andrelevantevents,sharinginsightswithCorporatetosupportbusinessdevelopment.
* Handlesensitivecustomersituationsandcomplaintswithprofessionalism,ensuringalignmentwithcompanystandardsandsafeguardingbrandreputation.
* Recruit,develop,andretaintoptalent,fosteringahigh-performingteamalignedwithStoneIslandvaluesandattitudes.
* Lead,motivate,andcoachtheteamthroughcontinuousfeedback,training,anddevelopment,ensuringtheyremainengaged,informed,andalignedwithcorporatepolicies.
* Planandmanagestaffschedulinginlinewithbusinessneeds,ensuringoptimalstorecoverageandefficiency.
* Demonstratedeepproductknowledge,effectivelycommunicatingtheuniquenessofcollections,fabrics,andproductfeaturestobothclientsandteammembers.
* Upholdimpeccablevisualmerchandisingstandardsandensurethestoreenvironmentreflectsbrandexcellence,includingproductpresentation,cleanliness,andteamgrooming.
* Overseestoreoperations,ensuringthesecurityofproductsandmaterials,whilemanagingadministrativeandaccountingresponsibilitieswithaccuracyanddiligence.


Qualifications


Key Qualifications

* 5–7yearsofexperienceinfashionretailorhospitality,includingmanagerialroleswithinmono-ormulti-brandenvironments,ideallyinluxuryorcontemporaryretail.
* Strongunderstandingofcurrentfashiontrendsandthecompetitivelandscape.
* Provenabilitytodrivebusinessperformance,achievingbothpersonalandteamsalesobjectives.
* Demonstratedexperienceinteamleadership,recruitment,anddevelopment,withstronginterpersonalandcoachingskills.
* Excellentclientserviceandrelationshipmanagementcapabilities,withastrongsenseofclientelingandcommunitybuilding.
* Highlevelofvisualmerchandisingknowledgeandsensitivitytobrandimageandpresentation.
* Strongbrandambassadorship,consistentlyembodyingStoneIsland’sidentity,values,andculture.
* Highlyreliable,adaptable,andautonomous,withaflexibleandsolution-orientedmindset.
