Our client, a well-established accountancy firm based in Dover, is seeking a confident and ambitious Tax Junior to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of personal and corporate tax returns.
* Managing and organising tax-related data efficiently.
* Utilising tax software to ensure accurate and timely filings.
* Handling basic client queries and providing support on tax matters.
* Preparing basic director-only payrolls.
* Potential client interaction, requiring strong communication skills and confidence.
Requirements:
* AAT qualified with a minimum of two years' experience in a tax or accounting role.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Knowledge of UK tax regulations is desirable.
* Confident and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
* Based locally to Dover.
* Ambitious and eager to progress within the company.
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (able to offer flexibility)
