The role will involve block staining and general painting duties using water-based paints across residential properties. Key Duties Block staining on new build properties. Painting and touching up walls, ceilings, doors and frames. Working with water-based paints. Ensuring high-quality finish across all areas. Requirements Valid CSCS Card. NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (preferred). Full PPE. Own tools. Previous experience on new build housing developments. What We Offer Hourly or day rate negotiable. Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
