We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager on a contract basis to work for one of our high profile clients, to own the end-to-end delivery of high-profile digital initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest quality.
You’ll be at the heart of a cross-functional delivery team, collaborating with external engineering partners, Product Owners, designers, PMO teams, and senior stakeholders. You’ll manage the lifecycle of complex projects, remove blockers, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement—all while shaping how we deliver exciting digital products to consumers.
What You’ll Do
* Lead End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of planning and executing complex technical projects from concept to launch.
* Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
Be a Stakeholder Connector
* Act as the bridge between external technical partners, internal engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
* Align priorities, manage expectations, and maintain clear, open communication.
* Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Ensure smooth project flow and escalate challenges when necessary.
Drive Process & Team Excellence
* Champion improvements in delivery methods and ways of working.
* Build high-performing teams, creating a productive and collaborative environment.
Manage Resources & Capacity
* Ensure the right people with the right skills are assigned to each project.
* Balance team workloads to maximize efficiency and output.
What Experience You Need
* Strong experience in technical project management, technical delivery management, or digital delivery roles within a technology or product environment.
* Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products (B2C) on web platforms and/or mobile applications
* Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum) and traditional Project Management (Waterfall)
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), web and app development, CMS, webchat, UX, e-commerce, online payments, CRM, tracking are all relevant
* Confident user of Jira/confluence, along with Excel and PowerPoint. Monday.com is useful but not mandatory
