Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered, you need to meet the criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have strong Residential Building Pathology knowledge. The criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
* 4+ years of relevant experience.
More details are available on the RICS website. We’re also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
