My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a Senior Lettings Agent to their high performing Cheltenham team. Benefits Parking or parking permit 22 days holiday increasing with service, plus Bank Holidays Membership to professional bodies/study support Varied calendar of social events What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Agent: Drive the growth of new business into the company through a variety of means Nurture and develop existing client base, maximising opportunities Support and develop team members in achieving their own targets Work closely with the wider business to support and contribute to growth Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Lettings Agent: Proven ability to generate new business within a lettings agency First-class communication and customer service skills Skilled in aiding the development of junior team members Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car My client is offering a base salary up to £35,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £50-70,000 If you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV and we promise to get back to you.
