Hays HR is on the search for a HR Advisor (HR Generalist) to join my client for a minimum 3 month FTC to support a range of key HR initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with the wider HR team on this exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping the organisation streamline processes, support the people managers and drive forward strategic HR Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to managers on ER cases
2. Systems & Processes:Assist with updating and cleansing HR systems and manual records.Review current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for streamlining or automation, particularly around absence and performance management.
3. Support the rollout of career pathways and the implementation of apetency framework across the business.
4. Learning & Development (L&D):Facilitate and support training sessions for managers, especially around new or updated HR processes.Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure smooth delivery and engagement.
Experience required for the role:
5. Previous experience in an HR Advisor / HR Generalist position.
6. Strong understanding of ER case management.
7. Experience in facilitating with experience supporting L&D initiatives.
8. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
