Class 2 HIAB Driver Job – Burnley – Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for a fully accredited Class 2 HIAB Driver on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable builders merchant in Burnley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HIAB driver looking for ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
You will be delivering building materials to both residential properties and commercial sites across Burnley and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operating a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle with HIAB attachment
2. Delivering building materials to homes and businesses
3. Safe loading and unloading using HIAB crane
4. Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally
5. Conducting daily vehicle checks
6. Maintaining excellent customer service standards on site
7. Adhering to all health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
8. Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence
9. Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
10. Fully accredited and in-date HIAB certification (ALLMI preferred)
11. Experience delivering building materials (desirable)
12. Good geographical knowledge of Burnley and surrounding areas
13. Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
