About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving, recording and advising the clients of the receipt of samples,
* Preparation and sending out approved reports to clients,
* Preparation and sending our tax invoices to clients,
* Monitoring of accounts receivable,
* Monitoring of accounts payable and sending out payment advices,
* Processing of documents for compliance (e.g. Return to Work SA, business insurance, etc.),
* Reconciliation of transactions in XERO and record keeping (e.g. bank statements, receipts, etc.),
* Processing of Payroll and Superannuation,
* Generating reports for Instalment Activity Statement (IAS) and Business Activity Statement (BAS),
* Monitoring of office/laboratory supplies and processing of purchase orders,
* Responding to customers' and suppliers' enquiries and requests,
* Monitoring and management of petty cash.
About You?
* Minimum 10 years of administrative and accounting experience required,
* Proficiency with XERO and Microsoft Office Suite,
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task,
* Ability to work well in a team environment but also be able to work unsupervised and self-manage when required,
* Ability to start ASAP.
