Administrator - Recruitment Support Location: Knowsley, Liverpool Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: 12 Weeks (ASAP Start, Potential for Extension) Are you an experienced Recruitment Administrator ready for your next challenge? My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support a busy recruitment function handling up to 80 vacancies per week. What You'll Be Doing: Providing end-to-end administrative support across a high-volume recruitment team Using ATS to manage candidate workflows and updates Coordinating interview scheduling, offer paperwork, and onboarding admin Ensuring all recruitment data is up-to-date and compliant Collaborating with teams across multiple offices What We're Looking For: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in recruitment administration or a similar fast-paced support role Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (experience with Talos is a plus) A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Start Date: ASAP This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a high-performing team with the potential for a longer-term role.
