We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Partnerships Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping Rad Media’s next chapter of growth!
Core tasks and duties :
* Establish and manage relationships across major brand partners to create meaningful, impactful and original activations
* Negotiate efficient partnership agreements, leveraging knowledge of industry standards and the Culted brand to drive discussions
* Meet set targets by closing deals
* Communicate partner needs and collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure programs are developed and delivered on time and in budget
* Identify and build plans against current and upcoming trends within the fashion, music and lifestyle industry that can be leveraged in partner activations
* Collaborate with the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences
* Produce monthly forecasting reports
* Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
The successful candidate :
* Five or more years of experience in sales with proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, and their trends
* Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok
* Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
* Is active on LinkedIn and aims to grow own network and represent the company at all times
* Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity
* Has professional approach when dealing with clients, vendors and contractors
Skills :
* You will be a natural target focused closer of deals
* Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.
* Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
* Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
* Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Keynote, etc.
* Outstanding organisational and well-developed time management skills
* Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas
* Project and campaign management skills
* A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
* Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
* Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts
The role comes with a competitive compensation package according to experience and performance.
This role will be based full time from CULTED’s office. You will be required to attend productions, events and occasional work trips.
