Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst to join a well-established global London Market Insurance Company.

Working within a small and collaborative UK team, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting environments with Microsoft, Insurance, and Azure Services. Responsibilities include providing support from VIP and executive support to AV support for Microsoft conference rooms.


Responsibilities:

* Provide 3rd line technical support, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance.
* Document processes and promote best practices across the infrastructure team.
* Resolve escalated issues from 1st and 2nd line engineers.
* Support end-users via phone, email, and in person.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.


Skills & Requirements:

* Experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within financial services or insurance.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure environments.
* Knowledge of network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls).
* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, remote desktop tools, and support desk software.

This role offers an annual salary up to £65,000, 25 days of core annual leave (with the option to buy up to 5 additional days), pension contributions up to 14%, private medical and dental cover for employees and dependents, and additional benefits such as a Flex Fund (£1,000), Electric Car Scheme, Study Support, Season Ticket Loan, and volunteering days.
