A warm and inclusive primary school in Oldham is looking for a passionate Inclusive Education Support Partner to join their dedicated team. Responsibilities
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
* Support teaching staff in delivering adapted lessons and interventions
* Help pupils develop communication skills, social confidence, and emotional regulation
* Implement strategies to support learning, behaviour, and engagement
* Encourage independence and positive participation in classroom activities
* Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and wider support staff
Qualifications
* Has experience supporting children in an SEN or educational setting
* Understands inclusive teaching and learning strategies
* Communicates effectively and works well within a team
* Is patient, empathetic, and proactive in approach
* Can adapt quickly to meet the needs of different pupils
* Has a genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
* Undertake an Enhanced DBS check
* Provide satisfactory references
