Salary: £190,000 – £210,000 FTE (pro rata)

Compass Associates are partnering with a leading UK-based, digital-first healthcare provider operating within a rapidly expanding specialist prescribing space.
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary clinical team delivering remote, consultant-led psychiatric care.
The Role
You will:
* Conduct remote consultations
* Manage patients with complex mood, anxiety and trauma-related conditions
* Work within a structured prescribing and governance model
* Contribute to clinical outcome tracking
* Participate in specialist training
Working Structure
* Fully remote
* Flexible 4-hour sessions
* Minimum 8 hours weekly
* No inpatient responsibility
* No on-call
