GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive school in Rotherham. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them stay engaged in their education. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide targeted support for students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance. The successful candidate will be calm, patient, and confident in managing challenging situations while building positive relationships with students.
