As the Regional Facilities Manager, youโll be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of vibrant retail sites. From managing service partners to ensuring full H&S compliance, your role will be vital in maintaining operational excellence. ๐ผ

๐ Conduct regular site inspections & implement car park strategies
๐ฅ Manage occupier relationships and resolve issues efficiently
๐ฑ Lead sustainability efforts โ waste, energy & environmental compliance
โ ๏ธ Ensure all health & safety policies are current and implemented
๐ง Oversee both hard & soft service partners, ensuring quality and compliance

Who Weโre Looking For:
๐ง FM expert with technical knowledge across hard and soft services
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of H&S regulations โ IOSH/NEBOSH certified
๐ท Budget-savvy with experience managing costs & service charge
๐๏ธ Background in multi-site FM โ retail or leisure experience preferred
๐ Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
