The Opportunity:
Long Term Futures are seeking a motivated and qualified Primary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Hackney. This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality learning and supporting pupils' academic and personal development. You will be working within a collaborative team that values creativity, inclusion, and professional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
* Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
* Uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to whole-school initiatives
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2)
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Passion for inclusive, child-centred education
* Adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing professional development
* Clear understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
