A growing consultancy business is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and elevate a small but ambitious B2B sales function within the sustainable energy sector. This is not a desk-bound leadership role, you'll be right in the mix, shaping performance, moving live deals forward, and getting stuck in with the team both onsite and out in the field.
Earning up to £40,000 per annum plus commission with extra benefits including Life Assurance, Health Cashplan and more you will be based at the Company Headquarters in Warwickshire.
Commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Kenilworth and Solihull, this role also offers hybrid working.
