This is a full-time, permanent position working 3 days a week in our Leeds office.
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly monitoring renewals and new business activity to aid effective planning and resourcing
2. Review client documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information is presented for the quoting process
3. Collate and communicate client requirements to ensure appropriate marketing of the risk
4. Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and internal processes
5. Preparing presentations for execs
6. Taking calls and queries from customers and insurers
7. Processing MTA's
8. Credit Control and collecting debt
9. Processing business compliantly
10. Deal with or refer client enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
11. Strong technical knowledge to become a key referral point for the team
Skills:
12. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial insurance
13. Strong literacy and numeracy skills
14. Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines
15. Accuracy and attention to detail
16. Knowledge of Acturis system is desirable
17. Proficiency of Microsoft Excel / Word
Qualifications:
18. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
19. A levels (desirable)
20. Cert CII (desirable)
