This role will offer you

You will be responsible for
* Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients
* Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with services and products
* Collaborating with the sales team—sharing leads and sales opportunities to expand business with key clients
* Understanding client tariffs and handling quotations, pricing requests, and shipping queries
* Liaising with internal departments to fulfill client needs effectively
* Managing sales orders and invoicing processes
* Supervising and training junior team members
You will bring the following
* Experience in customer service logistics, preferably within pharma (air and road logistics)
* Excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation
* Analytical skills with good numerical and financial understanding
