Vehicle CCTV & Telematics Account Manager
Office-Based –Tamworth (Hybrid considered for the right candidate)

As demand continues to increase for our AI-led vehicle CCTV and video telematics solutions, we are expanding our commercial team and recruiting a commercially driven Account Manager to help us support and grow our fleet customer base.
This is not a passive service role. It is commercially focused, relationship-led, and performance-driven.

Centrad is a leading supplier of Vehicle CCTV and Video Telematics systems to fleet operators across the UK. Our technology combines high-definition vehicle cameras with AI, reporting and data insight to help customers reduce claims, improve safety and protect drivers.
We work with operators ranging from local fleets to some of the UK's largest transport organisations.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while also identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.
You will:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of fleet customers
* Produce and follow up quotations
* Process orders and support the commercial journey
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware and software
* Follow up inbound enquiries and arrange demonstrations
* Proactively identify opportunities in the wider market (for example, new fleet purchases or expansion activity)
* Maintain structured and accurate CRM records
* Work closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth delivery
You will be expected to take ownership of your numbers and contribute to measurable revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B account management or sales experience
* Commercially confident and target-oriented
* Comfortable initiating conversations, not just reacting to them
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Organised, accountable and performance-driven
* Experience in vehicle CCTV, telematics, fleet or technology sectors desirable
* Experience using a CRM system
You do not need to be a high-pressure salesperson.
You do need to be commercially minded and comfortable owning results.

This role is primarily office-based in Tamworth to encourage collaboration and visibility. Hybrid or remote working may be considered for candidates with strong sector experience.
