This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who need additional guidance to stay focused and engaged in their learning. As a Behaviour Support, you will play an important role in helping pupils develop positive behaviour, confidence, and resilience. Core Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural needs. Support pupils in managing emotions and making positive choices. Work alongside teachers to implement behaviour strategies and routines. Build strong, trusting relationships to support engagement and progress. Help maintain a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment. Monitor and report on pupil behaviour and development. Requirements of Behaviour Support: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a behaviour support role. Calm, patient, and resilient approach to challenging situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain consistent and professional at all times. A genuine passion for supporting pupils’ development and wellbeing.
