About You
Compassion is in your nature. You are willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed. You are organized, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail, and a sense of fun.
No prior experience is necessary. Your personal qualities and values are more important, and you will be supported with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one.
