As a Neighbourhood Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in translating Neighbourhood Alliance priorities into delivery at Place level. Working across organisational boundaries, you will support the design, implementation and evaluation of local care models that improve outcomes and experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of Neighbourhood Alliance workstreams across Sussex.
* Develop and manage programme plans delivering benefits.
* Work with ICTs to co‑design and scale neighbourhood models.
* Monitor performance, risks and benefits, feeding into governance.
* Build partnerships across PCNs, Local Authorities, and health, care and voluntary sectors.
* Support ICT Integrators and promote system‑first working.
Qualifications
* Experience in health, care, or multi‑agency settings.
* Strong programme management skills.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills.
* Collaborative, inclusive mindset.
* Resilience and adaptability.
* Experienced programme or project professional, skilled in delivery, influencing and partnership working.
