Opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading UK membership organisation for healthcare providers on a permanent basis as part of their Professional Discipline team.
You will be responsible for providing advice and representation to members regarding regulatory issues and proceedings, managing a substantial and varied caseload of professional discipline and regulation matters. You will draft relevant legal documents, provide accurate legal advice, and advocate on behalf of members at meetings and hearings if required.
You will also monitor and respond to legal queries and contribute to team meetings.
To be considered, you should be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in regulation, particularly healthcare regulation. The offered salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience. Attendance at the office in London two days a week is expected.
