We are representing a primary school in the PE3 area with a role for a SEND Teaching Assistant working with years 3 and 4, starting on 29th April. The school has an Ofsted rating of "Good" and is a proud member of a multi-academy trust. They foster a great ethos, providing children with the best environment to learn and achieve, complemented by excellent facilities and grounds.
You will be matched to students based on your experience and will mainly work on a 3:1 basis with these pupils, providing extra support in reading and maths, often in a separate classroom. All SEND students at the school have an Education Health Care Plan. The placement is initially temporary, with potential for permanence if you are a good fit.

1. Competitive pay rates from £88 to £105 a day depending on experience.

What are we looking for?
1. At least a year's experience working with children with SEN needs.
2. Proven track record in primary or secondary education.
3. Understanding of & commitment to safeguarding.
4. Full-time, consistent availability.
