Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores across 2 Oxford Street stores and the Stratford City store. Oyster cards will be provided for travel.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high level service: answer queries, plan PPM/compliance work and keep the client informed of site activities.
* Assist contractors and sub‑contractors, ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and complete documentation accurately and on time.
* Prioritise own workload while assisting other engineers/staff as required.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds level qualification and experience in maintenance/facilities management.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
* Capability to carry tools and equipment of up to 20kg, use vertical access equipment, work at heights and be available for a call‑out rota.
* Full UK driving licence.
