As General Manager, you'll take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, from front-of-house leadership to financial control. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service while growing and developing a talented team.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all outlet operations, ensuring high standards and consistency
Leading and inspiring front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service
Managing budgets and driving profitability
Handling escalated guest feedback with professionalism
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborating with marketing to support events and promotionsWhat we're looking for:
We're looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in a high-end hospitality setting. Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in restaurant or hospitality management

A background in Pan Asian or Southeast Asian cuisine (highly desirable)
