A renowned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cambridge team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, fast paced team of around 30 professionals. Acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent, you'll deliver high-quality cost and project management services from feasibility through to completion. The current workload includes large-scale design & build developments, regeneration schemes, residential masterplans, and public sector projects across the region - including a major city centre scheme in Cambridge, a leisure centre in Stevenage, and a number of residential and mixed-use developments ranging from £10m - £50m+. The role also involves development monitoring for funders and a blend of hands-on delivery and team/contractor coordination.
