Job Description
We are working with a leading law firm seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Senior HR Advisor to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing efficient and effective HR services across various staff categories, including Apprenticeships, Trainees, Paralegals, Legal Support, and Business Services. You will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employment terms. Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and exits. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
2. Graduate Recruitment Programme: Manage the recruitment and selection process for Trainee Solicitors, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
3. Apprenticeship Support: Support the Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring effective engagement and development opportunities.
4. Graduate and Work Experience Programmes: Develop and manage the graduate work placement and A-level work experience initiatives.
5. Learning and Development: Support learning and development activities for all staff groups.
