The role:
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to join our friendly and fun Marketing team. This role would suit somebody who has 2 to 4 year experience and looking for a new challenge. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow with the organisation.
While this Creative Marketing Executive role sits at the heart of the Marketing team and is crucial in ensuring all members are supported, it also has a great balance of autonomy too. Reporting to the Content Manager, you would be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that will contribute to the creation and development of marketing campaigns, promoting the Xledger brand and product to finance and accountancy professional audiences, and continue to establish Xledger as a key player in the business.

Main responsibilities:
* Design and create on-brand marketing materials and templates (print and online); brochures, case studies, digital assets, presentations, social post and any other ad hoc design requirements (e.g source production quotes)
* Create, edit and finalise video and podcast content
* Manage and keep up to date our imagery library
* Support with social media planning and delivery: from content creation through social listening to analytics reporting
* Ensure the smooth running of administrative and financial management tasks such as supporting with meetings with minutes taking, booking travel and hotels for events, raising POs,…
* Support with event organisation and delivery, as well as merchandise orders and stocks
* Undergo desk-market research and turn findings into compelling insights
* Check and proof-read materials before go-live
Essential qualifications and experience:
* 2 to 4 years' experience within an office environment in the marketing or creative industries
* Proven experience of creating engaging assets using design (Canva, Adobe Suite - Indesign and Photoshop) and production tools (e.g Premiere ProRush)
* Competency in Microsoft applications including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
* Desired qualifications and experience
* BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
* Previous experience working for a finance software company
* Experience using Wordpress
