Responsibilities Daily management of the work group for civils Provide supervisors/gangs utility drawings Update and manage the Civils work list for the County Update customers by telephone/SMS and keep Waterworx updated Close completed work orders in time for billing Answer or pass on enquiries via email from Southern Water Provide admin support to other counties when required Be part of an OOH standby rota to dispatch jobs and provide service drawings Any other admin tasks as requested by the civils manager Skills & Knowledge Excellent Customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to think logically Understanding and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft office Good verbal and written communication skills Strong administration skills Problem solving skills Knowledge and understanding of Maps (O/S) Performance Indicators Provision of accurate and timely administrative duties 100% compliance on Customer updates High health and safety standards maintained Compliant with quality procedures and specification Big Change/Watwerworx and spreadsheets up to date
