Sales Administrator - Wasterwater Industry
Reporting to: Bids and Proposals Manager
Location: Maidstone
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch) - 40 hours per week

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for technical products and looking to support a dynamic sales team? We are seeking a Technical Sales/Admin professional to join a leading company within the wastewater industry.
In this role, you'll provide key administrative support, manage customer enquiries, and assist in the preparation of quotations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to develop their knowledge in technical products and build a long-term career within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
·Customer Support: Assist engineers and customers to assess equipment needs, ensuring products meet system requirements.
·Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary support.
·Problem Solving: Help resolve product usage issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
·Negotiation: Support the sales team in negotiating contract terms to secure orders, ensuring product standards and timely delivery.
·Customer Service & Marketing: Assist in sourcing material for social media posts, sending feedback forms, and compiling monthly reports for the Bids and Proposals Manager.
·Enquiry Management: Manage customer queries by monitoring the sales inbox and gathering initial information for quotes.
·Service & Maintenance Agreements (CSM): Update and ensure the accuracy of service and maintenance agreements, ensuring all details are correct.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
·Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information
·Proven sales experience, especially in potable water boosters and domestic wastewater plants
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
·Experience using Salesforce CRM system (training available if necessary)
